Effective Date and Agreement Baseline

These Terms of Service and Engagement took effect on October 30, 2026. Every visitor, client, and prospective student accessing learhatven.com agrees to be bound by the conditions stated here.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of this website and decline to enter an engagement agreement with our studio. Continued navigation, submission of an inquiry form, or participation in mentorship sessions constitutes acceptance of this document.

02

Who We Are and Studio Identity

This website is operated by Learhatven, a registered business in the State of Illinois, operating under the formal entity Learhatven LLC. Our physical studio and legal headquarters are located at 400 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60605, United States.

The principal web designer and design director is Irina Kuznetsova, who has directed studio engagements continuously since 2021. Learhatven maintains 12 verified published educational showcases in active production. Official studio correspondence, legal service of process, and contractual notices are handled via email at [email protected] or telephone at +1 (846) 555-4596.

03

Educational Showcase and Mentorship Scope

Learhatven designs and constructs custom educational websites, course presentation platforms, and enrollment booking flows for independent instructors, learning clubs, workshop hosts, and educational studios. Our services also include direct one-on-one digital publishing and typography mentorship led by Irina Kuznetsova.

Our scope does not include accredited institutional degree granting, licensed test administration, third-party payment gateway transaction settlement, student visa sponsorship, or merchant credit underwriting. We construct the public presentation layers, structured booking intake forms, content management structures, and technical search engine foundations. Clients supply their own curriculum text, course intellectual property, and instructor credentials.

04

Inquiry-Only Catalogue and Non-Binding Estimates

The catalogue, pricing tools, and service descriptions presented on learhatven.com operate on an inquiry-only basis. Nothing displayed on this site constitutes a binding unilateral contract, an instant point-of-sale checkout, or an automated digital sale.

Prices published across our pages, including figures generated by our Scope Lookup tool, represent estimated ranges based on standard parameters. An inquiry submitted through our contact form or chat system initiates an initial consultation. A formal project commences only after both parties execute a countersigned Studio Scope Agreement and the client pays the agreed initiation retainer.

05

Project Rates, Hourly Fees, and Pricing Determinants

All commercial figures, quotes, and client invoices are denominated and payable in United States Dollars (USD). Our baseline fee structures adhere to verified studio benchmarks:

  • Turnkey Educational Showcase Site: $5,000 to $10,000 USD per project. Standard scope covers five to ten bespoke pages, custom responsive typography, structured booking intake, and basic on-page search engine indexing. Standard delivery runs one to two weeks from receipt of complete curriculum copy.
  • Individual Mentorship and Custom Engineering: $100 to $300 USD per hour, billed in thirty-minute increments or scheduled as pre-booked studio consultation blocks.

The final written quote for any specific engagement depends on six factors: the total required page count; the selection of fully custom editorial design versus layout modules; the technical complexity of the student registration form; the depth of technical SEO configuration; integration with client contact channels; and compressed delivery deadlines.

06

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Visitors and clients may use learhatven.com solely for legitimate informational, educational evaluation, and professional consultation purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  1. Transmitting malicious payload data, automated scraping scripts, denial-of-service traffic, or injection attacks against mahi7bc.php or jojo67d.php.
  2. Bypassing security controls, rate limiters, or automated honeypot mechanisms.
  3. Submitting false contact information, forged email identities, or fraudulent inquiry specifications.
  4. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or redistributing proprietary studio source code outside agreed license terms.
  5. Using our platform to solicit unauthorized marketing campaigns or distribute unlawful educational claims.

Learhatven reserves the right to terminate access, blacklist offending IP ranges, and refer malicious attacks to law enforcement authorities in Illinois.

07

Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

All materials published on learhatven.com, including editorial texts, custom typographic layouts, visual identity marks, photographic works, and proprietary scripts, are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. The brand name Learhatven, our official vector logotype, and design marks remain the exclusive property of Learhatven LLC.

For commissioned client projects, intellectual property transfers are governed by the specific project contract. Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, clients receive an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish the custom semantic markup, CSS stylesheets, and structural layout code generated for their site. Irina Kuznetsova retains moral rights and the right to showcase the completed work in studio portfolios and design case studies.

08

Educational Disclaimers and No Outcome Warranty

Learhatven provides its website, course showcases, and mentorship services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

No Career or Exam Guarantees: We design educational presentation tools. We do not guarantee student exam results, academic letter grades, corporate employment offers, salary levels, professional certifications, or immigration outcomes. Any reference to past student projects or client enrollment metrics illustrates structural execution, not a guarantee of identical commercial performance.

We do not warrant that site functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete legacy web browsers released prior to 2020.

09

Limitation of Liability and Financial Ceiling

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, neither Learhatven LLC, Irina Kuznetsova, nor our design associates shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to lost profits, lost enrollment revenue, business interruption, loss of pedagogical data, or downtime expenses arising from the use of our services or website.

In all circumstances, our cumulative total financial liability arising from any claim, dispute, or contractual cause of action shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client to Learhatven for the specific project or mentorship phase at issue during the three months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States Dollars ($100 USD) if no fees were paid.

10

Engagement Cancellation and Project Wind-Down

Either party may terminate an ongoing educational website engagement or mentorship track by providing written notice via electronic mail. If a client elects to terminate a project prior to delivery, Learhatven will calculate compensation for all studio hours incurred to that date at our standard rate of $100 to $300 per hour.

Project retainers are non-refundable once architectural wireframing and design drafting have commenced. Upon receipt of termination notice, Learhatven will package completed typographic proofs, page assets, and code repositories completed to date and deliver them to the client within five business days, provided outstanding hourly invoices are settled.

11

Governing Law and Jurisdiction of Chicago

These Terms of Service, along with any separate project contracts executed with Learhatven, are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts situated within Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, for the resolution of any lawsuit, proceeding, or dispute arising out of or related to these terms or studio deliverables.

12

Updates and Modifications to Engagement Terms

Learhatven reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect studio practice refinements, changes in educational web standards, or statutory legal obligations. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication on learhatven.com.

The prominent date stamped in the header and in Section 01 identifies the current effective baseline. For clients with active, executed project contracts, the terms in effect on the date of contract countersignature govern that project through final deployment, unless both parties sign a written addendum.

Post-Launch Warranty and Bug Rectification

Every turnkey educational showcase website delivered by Learhatven carries a thirty-day post-launch warranty period commencing on the day the site is deployed to the client’s production domain or hosting environment.

During this thirty-day window, Learhatven will diagnose and rectify any markup defects, broken links, stylesheet rendering regressions, or form submission errors that prevent the site from performing according to the approved project specification. Warranty corrections are performed at no additional charge.

The post-launch warranty does not cover:

  • Defects introduced by client modifications to code, CMS configurations, or template files after studio handover.
  • Outages caused by third-party hosting infrastructure, DNS misconfigurations, or server hardware failures outside our managed scope.
  • Scope expansions, new course page additions, or graphic design alterations requested after final deployment sign-off.

Post-warranty support, subsequent course updates, and ongoing mentorship are provided at our standard studio hourly rate of $100 to $300 USD per hour.

Digital Accessibility Commitment (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Learhatven believes educational course content and instructor presentations should be accessible to all students, including individuals with visual, motor, auditory, or cognitive disabilities. We engineer our website and client deliverables to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA conformance standard.

Our structural accessibility implementations include:

  • Semantic HTML5 landmark structures and clear heading hierarchies without skipping levels.
  • Strict text contrast ratios exceeding 6.9:1 for secondary copy and 11.9:1 for primary body text on our #EDE6E4 ground, exceeding WCAG 4.5:1 minimums.
  • Fully keyboard-accessible interactive controls with visible focus rings and minimum 44px tap targets.
  • Visible text labels and aria attributes on all form inputs and interactive modal dialogs.
  • Skip-to-content links and complete mobile dock operability for screen reader users.
  • Full support for prefers-reduced-motion media queries that disable scroll-smoothing and transform effects.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or experience difficulty using any portion of learhatven.com, notify our accessibility lead at [email protected] or telephone +1 (846) 555-4596. We respond to accessibility inquiries within five business days and implement necessary remediation promptly.
